Chomei, the 7 tailed beast, Jinchurikii

Jestar became the host of the 7-tails after demonstrating his ability and determination to Athos Uzumaki. As the host, Jestar has much larger chakra reserves than he does naturally, and at various stages of his development with Chomei grows increasingly in strength and power. His period for beginning mastery began on June 6, 2017. Full mastery, by the current biju rules, was achieved approximately September 19, 2017.

Chōmei Chakra Threads; Chōmei Chakura no Ito - Special chakra threads created by the 7-tails that have a strong resistance to damage and resist chakra absorption techniques. When layered, such as when making a cocoon or clothing for shields, it has the effect of protecting whatever it is inside of it or wrapped around from chakra absorption. These threads can be incredibly strong as well, being vulnerable only to chakra attacks such as the gentle fist, and only when concentrated at a weak spot visible only to the byakugan.

Scale Powder; Rinpun - Special powdered scales generated from Chomei, they are very refractive, scattering light in such a fashion that it can blind enemies from quite the range. Because of course it can also blind Jestar, this will typically be used either in the form of a dome, very brief in nature as to throw off sharingan users, or in conjunction with other attacks in order to throw his opponent's off balance. Using chakra, the powder can also be turned into a more reflective sort as well.

Eric became master to the 5-tails as a consequence of Athos giving up the last of his tailed beasts. While he would have liked to have fought to acquire the beast on his own, Eric accepts the prize. Not caring too much to have to put up again with the 5-tails attempting to trick him out of a body again, Eric controls the beast via a powerful shadow imitation based summoning tattoo. He has also worked on developing a series of techniques to use with the beast, primarily by utilizing his special crystalline weapon.

5-tails Tailed Beast Tattoo - A special tattoo that emits the signature of the 5-tails' chakra. Kokuo's chakra and Eric's chakra combined make this tattoo, which further links both Eric and Kokuo. Kokuo's is marked with both levels of Eric's shadow curse, and serves as an additional failsafe in case he were to lose control of his tailed beast. It stretches along Eric's arm, and is a tattoo in the general shape of a central circle at his elbo with five "tails" wrapped about his arm until it reaches the tips of his fingers on his right hand. The tattoo has the ability to both summon Kokuo and provide an outlet for Eric to posses a bond with the 5-tails and its mind. The tattoo glows when the 5-tails is summoned, and vanishes if the contract between Eric and the 5-tails is broken.

Kagemane Fūin; Shadow Imitation Seal - A compass shaped seal usually referenced as just "Shadow Seal", this important technique formula comes in two forms: Major and Minor. The Major is typically branded on individuals, and grants the user a closer connection to their shadow, allowing them to perform many advanced shadow imitation techniques invented by Eric Nara. The Minor, however, is like an extension of the user's own Major, in that it allows the user to manipulate shadows as a distance as if they were close and their own. The Minor has been altered in various ways to create a wide variety of shadow imitation techniques, including juinjutsu, jujutsu, fuinjutsu, etc. The Shadow Imitation Seal is the key to many of Eric's shadow imitation techniques, and after learning how to literally incorporate seals and jutsu into shadows, the Minor seal in particular has appeared in various forms, such as the Shadow Curse (a shadow juinjutsu) and the Multiple Connected Shadow Imitation Styles.

Tarenkagemane-Ryū Fuin; Multiple Connected Shadow Imitation Styles Seal - The Nara Order signature seal, it allows easier interconnecting of different shadow imitation techniques. Based off of the Shadow Seal that Eric created, it is a modified "minor" seal in the shape of the Order clan symbol. By using a shadow tendril and swiping along the wings of the avain icon from right wingtip to left wingtip, the seal is activated. It is de-activated by the reverse gesture, and an extra copy can be made by tapping the beak of the avian icon with a shadow tendril.

Whatever object is marked with this seal will, much like the shadow seal and the shadow curse, will allow other Order members to send small objects, voice, and other such things through a space-time portal generated by the shadow of the marked object. However, unlike the shadow gate, the connection is not optimal for large transfers (due to typical placement), but can be used to transmit shadow imtiation techniques, allowing Order members to more easily collaborate with their various shadow imitation techniques.

Kagemane Purotenko; Shadow Imitation Protect - Inspired by a seal designed to counter-act Yin techniques, the Yin Seal of Tomi Uematsu, the Shadow Imitation Protect technique is a juinjutsu that spreads along the surface of a manipulate shadow, exerting a localized barrier that protects the shadow imitation from being interfered with by foreign chakra signals, frequencies, pulses, fuinjutsu, ninjutsu, etc. In short, it protects shadow imitation from being neutralized by methods designed to disrupt its chakra. However, this protection comes at a price of reintroducing some of shadow imitation's original weaknesses, even on Eric's newer techniques, such as diminished strength and efficiency over repeated uses of the same shadow (slower shadow migration, weaker shadow seals, etc.). Additionally the chakra requirements for maintaining the juinjutsu and shadow imitation make it impractical to use at very long ranges, and is better suited for mid-short range.

Kagemane Kishō Tensei; Shadow Imitation One's Own Life Reincarnation - By infusing an object's shadow with life energy, Eric can transform the the shadows into soulless living creatures, manifestations that seek to balance their life energy with spiritual energy; the creative energies of any sentient being that they can trap in their embrace. If consumed, a victim would become stripped of their spiritual energy and their soul trapped within the confines of the shadow construct. The construct's durability to physical attacks is impressive, as they slip right through the shadow creature, but is resiliant to everyday light. If used on a living sentient being, then the spiritual energies of the construct's shadow projector are stripped away before the shadow ravenously seeks out more targets.

Biju fights are still going on, but while there are plenty of fresh memories of these OOC fights, the IC fight question I dare to bring up again, and not without trying to provide some structure. There are several key components that will need to be figured out in order for IC hunts to actually work.

Bear in mind that this is an officialization of RP, and as such, it should look and feel very different than layman and usual "official" RP. This is standardized to fit a certain box so that complaints, issues, and etc. can be minimized, just like with how OOC fights in the current biju matches are going smoothly.

Now then, "preamble" aside, first let's consider the components of the IC biju match:

1) Uncovering the identity of the host or summoner.

2) Hunting down the host or summoner.

3) Fighting, if necessary, the host or summoner in order to take the beast.

4) Getting away with #3, if applicable.

5) Sealing the biju into the new host, be it the winner or the winner's choice.

These 5 components, in my opinion, are the essentials of the IC biju hunt, and as many can observe, all 5 parts have had hotly contested portions in the past. So it is high time, with some of theses new hosts getting settled and others still fighting their OOC matches, that we make it clear what is acceptable and what is not during these hunts. What is safe to be left up to the RPers and what absolutely must have regulation.

The first and foremost issue that trumps all others though except do we even want to have an IC hunt system, is the simple question:

And, or Or?

OOC matches and IC matches, with one taking precedent over the other, or only one at a time; or OOC matches or IC matches by preference?

Inner Spirit Beast Imitation Transformation – Inspired by the Inuzuka beast imitation technique, the inner spirit beast imitation transformation is a special yang release that utilizes the power of physical energy, and the inner spirit in order to transform the body into an alternate form. The history of the jutsu is fairly short, but the current generational form can be traced a generation or two back (depending on what generation you are a part of) to the Nara and Tatsu Clans.

~ Honey Badger                (Neala Nara)
~ Wind dragon                  (Eric Nara)
~ Polar Bear/Ice dragon      (Robin Nara)
~ Fox                              (Jay Nara and Alcuard Nara)

Acquisition: A yang release of the Nara clan that utilizes a sort of “inner spirit” of the individual Nara based on their family lines. It is a yang release that is first awakened by a special potion made with 20 grams deer antler extract, 980mL of distilled water, and 20mL of the blood of an already “activated” member. The mixture is mixed together and then heated to about 20 degrees Celcius. It is then stirred again, this time adding the life energy of the intended recipient.

There should be approximately 1L of the Inner Spirit Beast Solution. The first 500mL of the solution is to be drunk within a span of 10 minutes, preferably less. The bitter, grainy taste is likely to be an initial deterrent. After that portion is drank, the user should experience a special hibernative sleep induced by the mixture. While in this state, the user will often dream of an empty space that is progressively filled with items and objects from their past, until their inner beast spirit appears. How long this takes varies, from a few hours to a few days.
Upon awaking the recipient should then have an increased awareness of the world around them, the five physical senses temporarily being enhanced. The recipient is provided a substantial amount of food and drink, after which they finish drinking the remainder of the mixture. Over the next few hours, the recipient will take to a fairly high fever, which needs to be kept from reaching over 42 degrees Celcisus, but not be taken below 38 degrees Celcius. Minor adjustments will need to be made for individuals with particularly high or particularly low base body temperatures.
Finally, after this, the recipient will awaken, their body primed and ready for the first usage of the jutsu.

Usage: Activation, after the prerequisite ritual, is fairy straightforward; the user surges life energy throughout the body to begin the catalytic reaction that results in a complete transformation into the animal spirit. This gives them the natural abilities of the animal in question: for example, the natural flight capabilities of a dragon.
Initially, performing other jutsu while in this state will be near impossible; even for natural yang release users, the amount of life energy required to sustain the jutsu will disrupt the general balance of energy in the body, making chakra molding a task. As the user grows more experienced they can begin to control their chakra in this form, but will still not be able to perform jutsu until an extended living period (roughly 6 months straight time) where the recipient’s body will fully acclimate to their new form.

This process can be dramatically sped up if the user becomes capable of using sage mode, is already skilled in Yang release, or meditates while in this form, the latter being the most effective in reducing the time necessary as it brings body and mind into focus. The minimum amount of time, however, seems to be 1 month regardless of the perks invested.

Abilities: The abilities granted vary widely from transformation to transformation and are largely centered around the animal spirit transformation itself, but should the user’s transformation also happen to coincide with the summon beast of choice, then the ease of learning how to connect with nature is greatly lessened to the point where sage mode can more easily be learned. Additionally, the user’s chakra signature changes, which can be useful when attempting to pass off as something else entirely. The user’s 5 base senses generally increase (this can vary between beast spirits), and the usage of other Yang releases related to their animal spirit are possible.

Dragon -  This gives the user the ability to turn into a dragon. They acquire the ability to use the special sticky spit brand of techniques without handsigns. Depending on the type of elemental dragon turned into and environment, there may be either very hard scales or fleshy skin, a large great wingspan or a smaller wingspan, etc. The user is also able to more easily access dragon sage mode as well.

Preamble: In order to establish a set of rules to govern the handling of Shinobilegends' tailed beasts. It outlines the rules, the enforcers of the rules, and methods for changing this code.

Article I: The Rules

Section A: The Tailed Beasts

There are 9 tailed beasts. They are creatures of immense chakras and strengths who value their own freedom above all else. They cannot die permanently and have the ability to freely control their own chakra. These are the tailed beasts of SL in brief:

Hiru - The Zero Tailed Leech. Its nature release is dark release.

Shukaku - The One Tailed Tanuki. Its nature release is a special form of magnet release, granting it the ability to control sand. It has a special curse seal on its body that can be used to bind opponents.

Matabi - The Two Tailed Cat. Its nature release is fire release. It also has sharp claws and teeth, and a body of fire.

Isobu - The Three Tailed Turtle. Its nature releases are wind and water. It has a hard, spiky shell and the ability to grow coral that can affect chakra.

Son Goku - The Four Tailed Monkey. Its nature release is lava (and by extension earth and fire releases) release.

Kokuo - Five Tailed Dolphin Horse. Its nature release is steam (and by extension fire and water releases) release.

Saiken - Six Tailed Slug. Its nature release is water. It secretes a corrosive base from its body.

Chomei - Seven Tailed Horned Beetle. It has no known nature release. It can emit a blinding powder when it uses its wings, and has the ability to fly. Can create special chakra threads to weave a cocoon immune to chakra absorption techniques.

Gyuki - Eight Tailed Giant Ox. It has no known nature release. May spew create and spew ink and use its many tentacle "tails" for defense and offense.

Kurama - Nine Tailed Demon Fox. Its nature releases are fire and wind. It has regenerative capabilities that enhance its durability and the ability to sense negative emotions.

A tail's worth of control, for those hosting  these beasts, is either 2 weeks of RL time or through RP documented on the forum.

Section B: Champions
Champions are the current "holders" of the tailed beasts. They are either hosts or controlling masters of the beasts. They may also be those aiding a host or master in defending the beast in an official fight. There are five basic criteria for being a Champion:

1) Must be active. One public post on the forum at least once every two weeks. Notices in advance of absences may permit a week extension.

2) Have an account on Shinobilegends and on the Shinobilegends Official Forum.

3) Not be currently muted nor banned.

4) Abide by the Tailed Beast Rules.

5) Keep a public record on the forum of all challenges.

Section C: Challengers
These are want to be Champions who are actively challenging for a tailed beast, or are supporting another individual in doing so.

5) Must have an open challenge in order to be considered a Challenger.

Section D: Mediators
The job of the mediators is to mediate between the Challengers and Champion(s). They are only temporary positions, and are picked by the Challenger and the Champion. A mediator cannot be a party of interest (in other words, have no character involved in the match being ruled on) in the match. There are only two criteria for being a mediator:

1) Must be active enough to make a ruling without dragging on the match. That's a 15 day (2 weeks and a day) activity limit.

2) Have an account the Shinobilegends Official Forum.

Section E: Challenging a Champion
To challenge a Champion, an individual must submit a formal challenge tot he Champion. A post on the Shinobilegends Forum will be sufficient. Any and all attackers who are allied with said individual will be considered Challengers, and thus must fit the criteria for Challengers in order to aide in the fight. This can be done just prior to the beginning of the fight or prior to any interaction at all, but Challengers should bear in mind that it is not an official biju match unless the challenge is issued and accepted.

Section F: Accepting a Challenge
A Champion may only refuse a biju challenge if:

1) The issuer is not eligible or if
2) Any of the participants on the attacking side are not eligible Challengers.
3) They are within their 2 week grace period, granted upon becoming a champion for the 1st time.

Otherwise he/she is required to accept the challenge. In the reply to the challenge post, the Champion should include any forseeable allies that may come to their add. These allies must be eligible to be Champions on the occassion the original Champion falls but he/she/they are victorious. A Champion canno

Section G: Biju Fight Zoning

The following are strictly forbidden during any biju related events:

1) Harassment
2) Bad-mouthing outside of character interactions and exchanges
3) God-modding without the consent of either the Champion (if modder is Challenger) nor of the Challenger (if modder is Champion). If god-mode is suspected the match should be stopped and a separate thread created for either discussion or a brief presentation of points so that the mediator can determine the appropriate course of action. If a turn passes after the suspected god-mode, then that is considered acceptance of the act.

Guidelines for the conduct of the battle are as follows:

1) All disputes are to be settled by a Mediator. Discussion should only take 2 weeks and must take place outside of the fight thread itself. If the Mediator fails to resolve the dispute or make a decision within 15 days, then a Council Member may step in and make a decision.

2) All hunts/fights must be posted/documented on the forum. The mediator may negotiate the post-start entry of new Challengers or Champions, but they may only enter at the end of a turn cycle. Additionally, no first-turn attacks, counter-attacks, nor defends.

3) The fight is concluded when either all Challengers or all Champions are defeated. The mediator declares a winner in cases where it is unclear or if the fight is ended prematurely due to disagreements. A Council Member may also fill that role.

4) In cases where the beast has no Champion (freshly stripped beast) then all Challengers must fight for the beast battle royale style. The winner recieves the beast. If there are no other Challengers within 15 days of a biju having no Champion, then a lone Challenger is awarded the beast.

Section H: Tailed Beast Transfer
A tailed beast may change hands/be transferred to a player only through the method outlined in Article I Section G. Just OOC gifting is not permitted. Mock fights are encouraged for situations where gifting is necessary for the sake of documentation.

Section I : Jurisdiction
These rules apply to any and all biju fights, be they considered IC or OOC. They do not apply to any who do not acknowledge the tailed beasts or/nor the tailed beast rules. Accordingly, these individual are barred from becoming Champions and from becoming Challengers.

Article II: Biju Council and The Community

Section A: Council
The Biju Council shall consist of 3 individuals elected by The Community (those who accept these biju rules). They shall have executive authority to strip Champions of tailed beasts. In general, they are responsible enforcing the rules, and make decisions via vote. In the strange event of a tie (should one be incapacitated or more members added) the accused is considered not guilty for the time being. Council Members cannot be Champions nor Challengers, though they can be mediators.

Section B: The Community
The Community has the ultimate power through vote. The Community decides to amend, abolish, or otherwise alter the rules. There must be at least 12 total voters for a vote to have executable power. The Community is the pool from which Challengers, Council Members, and Champions are drawn.

Conclusion/Postamble/Postscript: With vigor in our hearts and integrity in our minds, we, The Community, agree to abide by this so that we may work towards a more peaceable and harmonic union, and a better realm.

Konoha Charter for Government

Preamble:

It is necessary to reform the government of Konoha, in order to ensure that power is neither abused nor neglected. The Hokage has often been accused of both neglect and abuse, but in truth, the Council of Konoha is just as responsible for its neglect of its own power during times of political crisis. As a result, both are going to get major overhauls, the former in reducing the individual's overall power and responsibility, and the latter in increasing the explicit responsibility. Should the Council once again fail to perform their duties or attempt to seize all power for themselves, or should the Hokage attempt to seize all power for himself/herself and/or neglect his/her duties, the people of Konoha reserve the right to demand and, if necessary, force a change in governance once more.

Article I: Division of Powers

To address the issue posed by a disproportionate amount of responsibilities heaped onto the Hokage and a disproportionate amount of entitlement of the Council, the division of powers for the state is as follows. The Hokage and his branch shall be responsible for the covert operations of the village, and thus will be in charge of all of the village's ANBU. No divisions of ANBU separate from the Hokage's authority are permitted at any time for any reason. Additionally, the Hokage shall preside and assign classified missions, either under his/her own desire or at the request of the Council. In times of peril or declared war, the Hokage will, without explicit declaration from the Council, be in charge of the elite forces of the village, and serve as a Field General in all cases of extra-village warfare.

The Council, from now and until otherwise named, will be known as the Hohikari, representative of their position as the light of the hidden leaf. There will be a total of 9 members, and they will retain supreme political power (I.E, the ability to declare war and forge formal alliances), command the standard shinobi forces of the village in all cases except those explicitly lain out, oversee village-wide events either as game masters or organizers, grant citizenship or pardons, assign common missions, and oversee the maintenance and development of any wikis, forums, or extra-ShinobiLegends content.

The people retain the right to petition at any time in order to have grievances addressed. The people are citizens of Konohagakure, and do not include those considered as merely "visitors", "prisoners", or "guests". The people also excludes those who have been inactive for a period exceeding 30 days, and active people are only those who have been online within the past 14 days of any classification with an activity requirement. In this context, the people also excludes Council Members and the Hokage except for where explicitly stated otherwise.

Article II: Hokage Election and Division

The Hokage Branch is to be headed by the Hokage, with an ANBU Commander as secondary. The Hokage is to be popularly elected by the active people of the village with a majority no less than 50%. The Hokage appoints the ANBU Commander, who will serve as a back-up in case the Hokage is incapable of performing his/her duties due to inactivity, death, impeachment, etc. Any other positions are entirely up to the Hokage and the ANBU Commander to devise, but all subsequent positions of this Branch are subservient.

A Hokage may be removed by a 7/9 vote of the Hohikari, or a 5/9 vote or 6/9 vote of the Hohikari and a popular 2/3rds vote of the active people.  An ANBU Commander may be removed at will by a Hokage or by a majority vote of the Hohikari.

Article III: Hohikari Election and Division

The Hohikari is to consist of 9 individuals, who may have no other functional titles of the village-wide government beyond the 9 listed here:

  • Head of the Leaf Patrol
  • Head of Foreign Affairs
  • Head of Public Relations
  • Head of the Treasury
  • Head of the Jonin
  • Head of Medical Department
  • Head of General Missions
  • Quartermaster and Academy Head

The positions may overlap, and no one Hohikari member is restricted to acting under a single authority. However, only these functional titles may be held by members of the Hohikari, and no other member of the village can hold these positions either. Further subdivisions may include Jounin, gatekeeper, nurse, diplomat, etc. but they are all subservient to the Hohikari. It is recommended that a division of power be created and delegation for specific positions, but such will not be explicitly required here.

The initial appointment of the 9 Council Members shall be by the democratically elected Hokage; all subsequent appointments are either done by the Hokage and approved by the incumbents or completely up to popular vote by the active people, the latter invoked only on the occasion that more than 40% of the Hohikari is being replaced at a given time one time. The Hokage may propose removal of a Hohikari member, of which it will pass either by a majority vote of the Hohikari or, if more than 2/3's of the Hohikari is incapable of voting for any reason, a 2/3's majority from all of the active people of the village.

Article IV: Amendment

As with any lasting method of doing things, there must be room for amendment. All amendments must be proposed either by a member of the people, a Hohikari, or the Hokage, but must be passed by a 2/3 vote of all of the people of Konoha, including the traditionally considered people, the Hokage, and the Hohikari. This is the only time in which the governing bodies are to be counted as the people in the public voting.

Article V: Summary and Concluding Statements

The Hokage shall be the fire shadow of the village, overseeing matters of coversion and secrecy, only serving as a conventional commander in chief during times of great peril or declared war. The Hohikari (I.E the Council) shall functionally perform all other duties of the state, and shall consist of 9 members. Original appointment will be a democratically elected Hokage and a Council appointed by this Hokage, and subdivisions within each branch that does not include the 11 positions lain out here are by and large up to the discretion of the respective Heads.

I hope that this system works better for Konoha, as it divides up the responsibility among more individuals and spreads power out among various individuals. However, though the government has been reformed, the people of Konoha ultimately have the responsibility of keeping in check their own government, owing said government only a petition of grievances before electing to change the government, either by force or through popular demand.

Jounin Exams Sword:

Gosh, can't believe I didn't post this earlier:

Clear Crystal
Use chakra to activate. Forms any melee weapon that the user desires. This weapon can only be used by the person who activated it. Should anyone else try and use the weapon they can still swing it around but will be unable to use any of the special abilities of the weapon. Only the person that activated the weapon may turn it back into its crystal form. If the user should die before the weapon is turned back into its crystal form the weapon will revert back to its crystal form on its own however it will be black. This black crystal indicates that it has been "locked down" and will be unable to be used from that point on.

After turning into the weapon the crystal will split into 2 different colored crystals which will be embedded into the handle of whatever weapon is made. Only 1 crystal may be active. If more than this are attempted to be activated there will be a feedback effect which will cancel all effects from the crystals. The choices for crystals are as follows:

 Basic Crystals
 1. Red- Alter senses
The red crystal has the ability to alter the senses of a target. The user may use the crystal to increase or decrease the senses of themself or of someone else. If the user wishes to use it on someone else then they must make physical contact with that person. The five senses that can be altered are sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch.

 2. Blue- Restore chakra
The blue crystal has the ability to restore chakra. The blue crystal stores chakra that it gets and can be used by the user to restore their chakra. This ability can only be used three times a day. The user can put chakra into the crystal to save it for later use and let their chakra regenerate naturally (so the user may fill it the day before a fight and use the stored chakra the next day). The other way that the crystal can get chakra is by sapping it from someone else. For this to happen the weapon must make contact with the person and the user, so the user can't just throw the weapon at the target. Both the user and target must be in contact with the weapon. The chakra taken from the target will be drained slowly.
Note: The blue crystal is NOT able to absorb chakra from a jutsu. Only from another person.

 3. Yellow- Disrupt chakra
The yellow crystal has the ability to disrupt chakra. It can disrupt the chakra in a 30 yard range. It creates a bubble that extends up to 30 yards and any chakra flow inside the barrier is disrupted. This includes all jutsu that enter the area and any jutsu the user wishes to use. Taijutsu will obviously remain unaffected for the most part assuming that the taijutsu user isn't using chakra to enhance their abilities. All ninjutsu and genjutsu are useless in this zone. Anything that relies on chakra is useless.
Note: While this is active it feeds off the user's chakra at a fairly heavy rate. Use this with caution. Prolonged use is not recommended.

Advanced Crystals
 4. Purple- Alter attributes (physical + chakra)
The purple crystal is a fusion between red and blue. This crystal will alter physical attributes and chakra. When used the user can make the target physically stronger or weaker and increase or decrease the target's chakra. This can either target the user or another person. Should the target be another person then they must make physical contact with the target.

 5. Orange- Unhealable bodily damage
The orange crystal is a fusion between red and yellow. This crystal imbues the weapon to cause injuries that are unhealable for entended periods of time. This means that if someone recieves an injury while the weapon is imbued with this ability they will not be able to use medical ninjutsu or other abilities to heal the wound. The strike from the weapon will leave residual chakra from the weapon that will absorb and break down any healing chakra that is around it.
Note: The wounds will be untreatable for 1 day.

 6. Green- Absorb jutsu and shoot it back (3 times per day)
The green crystal is a fusion between blue and yellow. This crystal can absorb a jutsu and store it until the user wants to use it. The user can use it whenever they want. The crystal can only hold one jutsu at a time. The stored jutsu must be used before a new one can be absorbed. The stored jutsu can only be used once. The crystal will allow the user to use the stored jutsu even if they are normally unable to use that ability. (Example: A fire user shoots a fire technique at a water user who has no training in fire style techniques. The water user uses the crystal to absorbe the fire jutsu. The water user can then shoot that fire jutsu back). The green crystal has a limit of 3 absorbtions per day. Bloodline abilities can NOT be absorbed.

The crystals can only be paired up in certain combinations and they are as follows:
Any combination of the basic crystals is allowed so
 Red + Blue
 Red + Yellow
 Blue + Yellow

If the user wants to use the advanced crystals then the combinations are
 Purple + Yellow
 Orange + Blue
 Green + Red

 Notes:
 1. Ramius will also be able to use the weapon even if someone else activates it.
 2. Ramius is the only person that can "unlock" the weapon should it become black.
 3. Ramius can cause the weapon to revert back to its crystal form and cause it to go black at any time if the user is within 1 mile of him.
 4. These are all safety conditions. Should Ramius determine that the weapon is too powerful or causing problems he will lock the weapon down and take it back.
 5. Since Ramius is often under many time constraints all these abilities will be passed to Kite.

Straight from the Exams post. I should use this weapon more often.

Weapon Overhaul: 3/29/2017

Ramius No Yoroi; Ramius Armor - Named in armor of the man who invented the crystal itself, this special armor is the derivative of the crystal awarded to Eric Nara as a result of winning the Jounin Exams. By turning the crystal into a special body armor, Eric can by default create a melee "weapon" that is hardy on defense and lethal on offense. The crystal armor is usually either stored on Eric's person inside of his cloak or it may very well be garbed onto one of his summons or companions for their sake. The crystalline armor is powerful but does not restrict movement, translucuent in its clear form but far more opaque in its altered form. A centerpiece that usually manifests around the head area changes colors depending on the special powers that are currently active on the armor. While wearing the armor, the user is weighed down, making it not ideal for situations requiring great speed and agility, though using chakra infused strength can help offset this.

Red - Alters the 5 primary senses of sight, touch, taste, hearing, and smell, either increasing or decreasing these traits at will. Nearly non-existent chakra drain on the user.

Blue - Stores and releases any type of chakra (even sage chakras). If the chakra is not harmful to the user, then Eric may also use this as a backup chakra store, storing senjutsu, regular chakra, etc. that he may use in battle. It may only store up to twice the user's full capacity at a time, so the effectiveness of this color decreases considerably with individuals with lesser chakra capacities and enhances greatly with more powerful entities. Cannot be utilized with tailed beast wearers.

Yellow - While active, the armor blocks incoming chakra frequencies indiscriminately, absorbing any chakra that toucehs the outside of the armor, storing said chakra for later use in the blue (or if full, extending the effects to a sphere of radius 5 meters with Eric's center body as the center serving as the origin) crystal state. This shelters the user from the effects of most barriers, fuinjutsu, genjutsu, ninjutsu, etc., but also hinders  the user's ability to utilize techniques that require a chakra connection to the wearer (hiraishin, shadow migration, long-range barrier maintaining, etc.).
