Ro - A mushi that takes the form of a scroll.

Q examines the words that are written on the scroll, "蟲口寄せ"...

"Bug Summoning?" Q thought out loud, wondering why the Kanji "虫" is written three times instead of just once.

"Mushi Summoning..." the figure sitting beside Q whispered with the sound of the wind.

It didn't sounded any different, but Q could care less about what's it called at the moment. Putting down the wine cup besides him, Q spread the scroll across the ground. He was surprise to see that no one had signed the scroll before. Removing his right glove, Q bit his thumb to draw some blood to sign his name on the scroll. As soon as his finger prints are on the scroll, it rolls itself disappears into the air like smoke.

"I'm guessing that the scroll itself is a type mushi, am I wrong?" Q asks.

"You are correct." the figure sitting directly opposite of Q answered. It seems to have a lot more to say, but something unexpected seems to have interrupted it. "It seems that the Green Throne has decided to move from its current location earlier than expected. One of us shall plant the knowledge about Mushi directly into your head."

With that said, all the figures rise to their feet. Q watches in confusion as the one that was sitting right next to him suddenly put out its greenish finger and sticks it right into his right ear while he was getting onto his feet. Q's eyes widen in disbelieve as the figure turns into a white mist and gushes into his ear before he could close it with his hand. Q then collapses onto the ground, unconscious...

While Q is unconscious, the forest around him vanishes like a mirage.

Q could not recall how he got here, to this strange forest. The greenery here is so vivid that it's odd. Walking along what appears to be a natural trail in the forest, Q spots a some unidentified creatures that he could not identify as animals or plants.

"Where am I?" Q asked while looking around for the missing Benihime. But there where no sign of her anywhere.

As Q continues down the forest trail, he begins to feel as if it was guiding him somewhere. His mind was slowly going blank, as his feet marches down the  trail on their own. he quickly lost track of time while walking. But when his feet finally stopped, Q finds sitting in a circle with 32 figures that are much taller than him. He couldn't tell if they were humans because they were all covered from head to toe by a piece of white cloth.

Q watches silently as the figure sitting directly opposite of him puts out its right hand, holding a green wine cup. A golden liquid slowly begins to mysteriously fill the cup. The figure waited until the cup was filled to the point where it is about to overflow before passing it along his companions which continue passing the cup until it was in Q's hands.

"Now, drink, Q-dono." the figure who filled the cup said with a deep echoing voice. "This is a banquet for you." it added.

Q hesitates for a moment before taking a sip. It was like nothing he had ever drank. Its fragrant could not be compare to anything of this world. The "wine" becomes more soothing with every sip. Q slowly finds himself lost in the taste of the "wine".

Then the figure spoke again, "Is it to your liking? This wine which you drink is extracted from the very life stream of this forest. We created for you, a unique wine cup that can extract from the forest's life stream. Life grows strong where it is close, and dries up where it is not. In other words, the water of life. There is nothing more delicious than this."

"It is because we have a request of you that we treat you with this wine and such hospitality." another figure continues as the one which was talking before pulls out a scroll from underneath its cloth.

"We need you to take care of this summoning contract, making sure that it doesn't fall into the wrong hands." the figure said as he passes the scroll over to Q in the same fashion that he did with the wine.

As the scroll is place into Q's hands, he examines it to make sure that this isn't all just a hoax...

The Red Island is a mysterious island that suddenly appeared in the oceans of the Land of Water. No one knows when or how the island come into existence, but there are many rumors surrounding it.

Fishermen tells stories red ogres living in a large fortified castle on the island, anyone who gets too close is slaughtered without any mercy. The forest around the castle is protected by a red mist that is said to be the breath of the devil itself. Anyone who is caught in the mist is never seen again...

Many map makers have tried to place the island on a map, but the island never seem to stay in one spot for more than a few days. Even scholars were unable to find the reason as to why or how the island moves...

Everywhere that Q goes, she is sure to follow, acting as his assistant, as well as personal bodyguard. And like Sensatsu no Gyururu, she is rumored to be immortal.

Benihime's Signature Kawarimi - Benihime replaces herself with a blood clone which explodes into a huge burst of blood. Her signature Kawarimi which fools her opponents into thinking that their attack was successful, and releases a burst of blood at them.

Sensatsu Ketsuga (Thousand Killing Blood Fangs) - By crystallizing the droplets of her blood, Benihime could easily creates several hundreds to over a thousand blades in the air, each about the size of a Kunai. She can then manipulate them to home in on her opponent's position or deflect an in-coming attack.

Well, if he didn't do much or had a short reign, he doesn't deserve the title of Otokage. No need to give out the title here and there for no reason. Though he was in charge at one point, hence why I wanted to put him on elect, which he respectfully declined. I'm not going to force him onto a list he does not want to be a part of. Plus he's not the only one, Solo was demoted to elect as well. What you call altering, I call reorganizing.
