Saki stopped immediately as she saw Evoth disappear into the ground with naught but a pile of rocks to signal where he sunk in. Due to her stopping, she became visible again and her one with the wind technique came to an end. Over where the clouds were the densest, it began to sprinkle a bit. Since Evoth had stopped farther away in the beginning away from the epicenter of where she had originally cast her very first jutsu (Santon: Shikyo no Kouu [acid release: rain of death]), the rain wasn't as concentrated here, so her technique would essentially miss unless she funneled it closer or forced him over to it. But nonetheless, the clouds were sprinkling down a deadly acidic rain. The rain itself would causes burns and boils on whatever it touched, but the main danger is the succeeding fumes it lets off. The poisonous fumes destroys plant life, and if inhaled by humans, it causes numbness and sickness. Due to her mask, she was safe from inhalation, and she was pretty sure that since Evoth was deep beneath the sand somewhere, he wouldn't be in immediate danger of inhaling the fumes.  However, once the rain would begin to really pick up, the fumes would disperse and reach over to where they were within no time at all.

She could either try to force him over to where the rain was concentrated, or use another technique altogether, so she thought for a moment before forming hand signs; if she couldn't find him from above, she would smoke him out from below.

"Dokuton: Hiroku Fukyuu Hiru!"

She slams her palm onto the sand and pumps an immense amount of chakra into the technique in order for it to reach a greater distance. Essentially the widespread leach technique was pumping poisonous chakra into the environment all around and would cause plant life to shrivel up, water to get polluted, and for wild life to flee from its destruction. She was hoping that by contaminating the ground below, it would force Evoth to surface to the dangerous conditions above ground.
