Not distracted at all, did Tomi witness the Uchiha utilize the Mitgration jutsu, attempting to identify some sort of clue to how it might weaken Kiiro, or how Tomi might counter it with perfection by briefly studying Kiiro's chakra flow while utilizing the technique,only to appear a meter or so behind him, which Tomi also attempted to study. However at this point, the handseals were being formed, & the Hyouton Jutsu cast.

The smoke clears & Tomi is indeed 'trapped' speaking in an amused voice,

Thus, Tomi gazed against the multiple reflections, his muscles tensing ever so briefly, chakras within his body rising to that of tailed beast levels. One thing that Kiiro might not understood was, that only one of the images that resembled him within the ice jutsu, would show up as having chakra coils in Tomi's eyes.
